Holland has been working with organizations for over twenty years, enabling individuals and teams to manage and meet challenging goals. His engaging presentation style encourages people to use the principles he teaches to increase their own effectiveness. Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Holland attended Franklin and Marshall College where he majored in Business Administration and played varsity basketball. After graduation, he managed a multi-million dollar food services account for Marriott Corporation in Lynchburg, Virginia. Later, he became Marriott's National Training Manager. Holland
spent seven years with Franklin-Covey, teaching productivity skills to
public and corporate audiences nationally. His dynamic teaching style
earned him a national reputation as one of the most engaging, effective
speakers in the organization. An avid outdoor enthusiast, Holland enjoys all winter sports, basketball, photography, fishing, and hiking. He and his family reside in the Olympic village of Lake Placid, New York.
